Monday Prayer Closet- Healing by Blanca (praying for healings)

 Greeting sisters. I hope this week saw you well. That week we touched on why Jesus healed and what Jesus said about healing, the word he said to anyone that he healed, that was documented he talked to them in the bible and that was faith. He told them that they were healed because of their faith. Examples were the centurion bringing his slave, the father with the daughter, the group of friends, the woman that touched his garment. Faith was the one binding factor. 

This week, what else does the Bible say about healing. First, healing comes from God as mentioned last week- Ps 103:2-3 Bless the lord all my soul and forget not his benefits. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. Isaiah 53:5 He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes we are healed. - these healings our ultimate healing in our new bodies.

Psalm 41:3 (NLT) The Lord nursed them when they are sick and restores them to health. Healing in our current bodies.  There are many others. the easiest place to look is in the concordance in the back of your bible. I encourage you to write out a couple of them and pray them out in faith. 

So, between last week and this week, we know all healing comes from God, is Biblical with instruction in the Word of God which is our two-edge sword and activated by our faith in our Father, which must be present, that he will heal. 

Pray the Word in Faith... 

The Lord is the Lord who heals me. (Exodus 15:26)

The Lord will take sickness away from the midst of me and the number of my days He will fulfill. (Exodus 23:25-26)

The Lord has redeemed me from every sickness and every plague. (Deuteronomy 28:61; Galatians 3:13)

As my days, so shall my strength be. (Deuteronomy 33:25) 

 The Lord will give me strength and bless me with peace. (Psalm 29:11) 

The Lord will preserve me and keep me alive. (Psalm 41:2) 

 The Lord will strengthen me upon the bed of illness; the Lord will sustain me on my sickbed. (Psalm 41:3) 

The Lord is the health of my countenance and my God. (Psalm 43:5) 

 The Lord heals all my diseases. (Psalm 103:3) 

Trusting the Lord brings health to my navel and marrow to my bones. (Proverbs 3:8) 

 The Words of the Lord are life to me and health/medicine to my flesh. (Proverbs 4:22) 27. The good report of the Lord strengthens my bones. (Proverbs 15:30) 

The pleasant words of the Lord are sweet to my soul and health to my bones. (Proverbs 16:24)  

The joy of the Lord is my strength. A merry heart does good like a medicine. (Nehemiah 8:10; Proverbs 17:22) 

 The lame man shall leap like a deer. (Isaiah 35:6) 

 The Lord will recover me and make me to live. The Lord is ready to save me. (Isaiah 38:16, 20) 

 The Lord bore my sicknesses. (Isaiah 53:4) 

The Lord carried my pains. (Isaiah 53:4) 

 The Lord took sickness for me. (Isaiah 53:10) 

 By His stripes, I am healed. (Isaiah 53:5)  The Lord will heal me. (Isaiah 57:19) 

 My light shall break forth as the morning and my health shall spring forth speedily. (Isaiah 58:8) 

 The Lord will restore health to me and will heal me of my wounds. (Jer 30:17) 

 The Lord brings health and healing, and He heals me and reveals to me the abundance of peace and truth. (Jer 33:6) 

The Lord binds up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick. (Ezekiel 34:16) 

The Lord has arisen with healing in His wings. (Malachi 4:2) 

Jesus is willing and declares me cleansed. (Matthew 8:3)

 Jesus took my infirmities. (Matthew 8:17) 

 Jesus bore my sicknesses. (Matthew 8:17) 

 The Lord is my physician when I am sick. (Matthew 9:12; Ex 15:26)

 The Lord is moved with compassion for the sick and heals me. (Matthew 14:14) 

 The Lord gives me power and authority over all unclean spirits to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. (Matthew 10:1; Luke 9:1) 

 Healing is the children’s bread. (Matthew 15:26) 6

 All things are possible for me as I believe. (Mark 9:23; 11:23, 24) 

 When hands are laid on me, I shall recover. (Mark 16:18) 

 The anointing of the Lord heals the brokenhearted, delivers the captives, recovers sight to the blind, and sets at liberty those that are bruised. (Luke 4:18; Isaiah 10:27; 61:1) 

 The Lord heals all those who have need of healing. (Luke 9:11) 

 Faith in the name of Jesus makes me strong and gives me perfect soundness. (Acts 3:16) 77. I stretch out my hand for healing. (Acts 4:30) 

The power of Christ causes diseases to depart from me. (Acts 19:12) 

 The Lord desires that it be well with me and that I live long on the earth. (Eph 6:3) 

 Lift up the weak hands and the feeble knees. Don’t let that which is lame be turned aside, but rather let the Lord heal it. (Heb 12:12, 13) 

 I let the elders anoint me and pray for me in the name of Jesus so He raises me up. (James 5:14, 15) 

 Pray for one another and the Lord heals me. (James 5:16) 

 By the stripes of Jesus I was healed. (1 Peter 2:24) 

 Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in good health. (2 John 2)
