DLD- John 10:14

 Digging a little deeper.

John 10:14 I am the surpassing of all providers and protectors who watches. I intimately know my own people and they, me; 15 even as God the father intimately knows me and I, Him; and I put aside my breath of power for my people. 16 And I have different people not currently of this house. I must lead by taking hold of them also, and they will give audience to my words. So there will be one body of believers, one provider and protector who watches over them.

(Extra dig: Jesus is telling us he is far better than any other shepherds because he actually died for us. He knows us better than we know ourself and his followers know him the same way. Unfortunately, there are others of us right now that don’t know him that well but do know his voice. He is reaching out for us so that we too can be a part of believers that know him so intimately. Ultimately, there will be one body, church, bride that will be with him for eternity. Those that know his voice, listened and came to Him.)
