 Digging a little deeper:

In quiet, tranquil, contentment I will rest and slumber, for only you, the One True God, Jehovah, have me in your presence of security from fear and danger.

Extra dig: When storms and trials of life come, we can rest and sleep peacefully; not toss and turn in bed with our mind racing to work things out, or plan what we say and do in the circumstances. Instead, we trust with unwavering faith in our Lord, that he is in control and he will guide, protect, provide for us. In him, we are free from trying to figure it all out, free from the enemy trying to destroy us with the attacks, and free to just rest and shelter in him.
